Dr. Mildred Sierra was born in Puerto Rico and has resided in Central Florida for over 20 years. She is the mother of three and grandmother of three. She holds doctorates in Biblical Christian Counseling, Clinical Pastoral Counseling, and Chaplaincy, as well as certifications in clinical supervision, addiction counseling, and as a John Maxwell Certified Coach. Her calling has led her to work as a pastor, counselor, speaker, and life coach, dedicating her life to strengthening families through education and the prevention of domestic violence and abuse.
As a speaker, she addresses topics such as domestic violence, healthy sexuality, sexual addiction, healthy relationships, and leadership. Her holistic approach combines individual and group counseling, providing practical tools for personal and spiritual growth.
